Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Pixelverse Digital website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

Services

Pixelverse Digital provides design, development, branding, and digital strategy services as described on our website. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement.

Project Agreements

Each project engagement will be governed by a separate project agreement that outlines:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Revision policy
• Intellectual property rights

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement:

• A deposit is required before work begins
• Payments are due according to the agreed milestone schedule
• Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees:

• All final deliverables and custom designs become the property of the client
• Pixelverse Digital retains the right to display the work in our portfolio
• Third-party assets (fonts, stock photos, plugins) are subject to their own licenses
• Source files are provided as outlined in the project agreement

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide necessary content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner
• Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure all provided content does not infringe on third-party rights
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

Revisions

Each project phase includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges. Revisions must be requested within the agreed timeframe for each project phase.

Limitation of Liability

Pixelverse Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any deposits or payments for incomplete work are non-refundable.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
